VISITING ARTISTS PROGRAM

If you are a professional musician and are looking for ways to give back to the community, sign up for our Visiting Artist Program. Visiting Artists teach a one-on-one lesson with a student in our Titan Band or our Hope Jr. Program. We need instructors for all instruments who are comfortable teaching younger students. The Titan Band meets on Mondays and Wednesdays during the day and is comprised of grade school students, while our after school program at Hope Junior meets Tuesdays and the students are in high school. Both programs are in East Garfield Park.

INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE

We need a few volunteers to help us with basic instrument maintenance. Guitars need to be strung and cleaned up, brass instruments need to be cleaned and greased, etc. If you have experience or would like to get experience doing these sorts of things, we would love to have you on board!

SCORE TRANSCRIPTION

We need someone to transcribe some tunes into notation software. If you are also able to arrange them for young musicians, even better but not required!
